As we approached the shop, the sweet smell of freshly made waffle cones immediately caught our attention. Inside, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff. We chose the cookie dough and maple walnut flavors. Although tastings weren’t available, we were still very happy with our selections. The ice cream was pleasantly not too sweet, and the cones themselves were absolutely delicious.
I felt is expensive as the ice cream not so special as I thought but overall still taste good. Queue waiting wasn't that long move quite fast. The special about the ice cream it will be the waffle cone and the serve ice cream with cream as a part of choice.
I have supported this ice cream parlour for many years, but in recent times I have been quite disappointed in the service.nnThey still continue to have good ice cream, but the service has been lacking. I'm not sure if there has been a change in management which has caused the service to drop off, but recently whenever I go in the servers have been rude and abrupt.nnI want to continue to support a local, independent business but unless the experience is more enjoyable, my money might be better spent elsewhere.
Absolutely disappointing service. I wasn't allowed to sample any flavors, and the young lady working at 4 p.m. on April 27 really needs to improve her customer service. She was rude and had no patience. I eventually settled on the orange sorbet, but the flavor was very artificial.
