The first product I ordered from the same brand was unavailable because it had been 'recalled by the supplier due to quality issues'. However, the second $141 model I received also had quality issues, with parts falling off. The resolution offered by RCNZ was unsatisfactory, telling me to 'send it back to us and we’ll see what we can do with the supplier'. This is not the service I was expecting "Buying Local". I hope they can improve their product quality control , customer service, and ability to accept and resolve fault in the future.
Excellent, fast service with great postage rates. If I order paint one day, I will receive them the following day in Dunedin. Can also pick up from the Christchurch warehouse free of charge. Great range of Tamiya paint and other supplies.
Shop here all the time for my rc stuff including kits and they never disappoint. Great communication and follow up.
