I've been to both of their Paris locations and everyone who worked there was helpful and charming. Since then, I've shopped their website from the USA a few times and shipping is always fast and I've found their prices to sometimes be cheaper than the designers' own websites. Any time I've interacted with their staff via social media they've been quick to reply and helpful and kind.
