The team provided excellent service, ensuring timely delivery of a large pizza order to our company. Despite canceling one pizza, they generously provided a food coupon for future use. The manager's service was commendable, and they went above and beyond by delivering beyond their usual coverage area.
Excellent service and Great taste!!!. We always order from here for the Corporate Team Events.. Pizza Club is the only best place in Hamilton that we can rely on for Pizza's.
Terrible delivery experience, does deliveries through uber. If I had known I wouldn't have bought here. Uber was given the wrong address and I had to call up the store twice. First time they hung up on me. Second time incredibly unhelpful, couldn't get them to change to the correct address, then hung up on me again.nI had to walk to the address they had incorrectly given and explain to the driver what had happened. An absolute headache.nnFor the sake of fairness, I will say the food was good. Ordered a Pesto and prawn pizza, Beef lasagna and profiteroles. Decent portion and quality for the price I paid. I just don't think I could order again if I'm going to risk losing what I paid for due to a delivery botch up.
Very weird experience, I called 12 times to give an order but for some reason the employees put the volume of the phone in mute so phone call order was impossible. I came at the shop and made a call in front of them then they put the phone volume up. It looks like they don’t want to take order over the phone. More order more pressure to the employees!!! If extra stuffs needed please do so. Need management attention please.nnIts one of our top favourite Pizza and we love pizza club pizza so much. Services are getting poor day by day! Very unfortunate.
I'm a loyal customer. But nowadays I notice the services is getting bad. I hope management become proactive and improves the front customer service.
