I've been a client of Alana's for many, many years now and wouldn't want to miss her weekly classes for the world. I've always had lower back trouble and no core strength worth mentioning. I am attending the advanced classes and feel strong and healthy. Feels like a weekly deposit into my own health insurance. No two classes are every the same and I'm always challenged. Alana is simply amazing. Go and give it a try!
Really wonderful classes, instructors, and machines. I’ve been doing pilates for 10+ years and this little studio is just as good if not better than anywhere else I’ve practiced! The owner is very kind and helpful, and it’s a great spot to get started or continue your pilates journey.
Pilates New Plymouth is an amazing studio with well trained, caring and specific instructors. Very true to the pilates principles and doesn't use a cookie cutter approach to individual clients.
