I am a qualified Pastry Chef with over 20 years experience in cake making, so I know what I am doing. I have also taught Food Safety for a number of years so you can rest assured that my cakes are prepared hygienically. There are plenty of people out there that have a passion for cake making as well and will sell you a cake cheaper than mine, but there is a saying that goes "good cake ain't cheap, cheap cake ain't good".
