I was in a rush to have my photos printed for a visa application, and the guys working in this shop were so helpful. They were short staffed for sure but the whole photo printing process was so smooth and helpful. And I made it to the embassy 15 mins before they close thanks to these guys. Definitely saved me another trip to the embassy.
Couldn't find this camera in the States anywhere. Keith held this camera for over 3 weeks even though their policy is 7 days. Thanks Keith! We'll take great pictures! Cheers

Great shop. We searched for a lense for our Sony Alpha and Jason was very friendly and helpful. We can fully recommend this shop.
Good retail setting but customer service. The sale staff treat customer like potential shoplifters! Will ask all my mates to avoid this establishment; we can buy from other camera shops in New Zealand! Just search on google and you have more choices. Why spoil your day by these ignorants when you buy from more pleasant camera shop?
What is it about cameras thats makes people think there in another world. Either way service is very rude. I can’t express enough simply their loss. Its the universe speaking. Turns its the most expensive camera place in all Auckland.
Really friendly staff who helped me with my reusable Kodak film camera film, batteries etc. Definitely will go back when I get to the developing stage.

The staff member is friendly but my shopping experience is terrible. I have been to the shop for 3 times but still didn’t get the camera and lense I wanted. I even missed out the Queen birthday sales and have been waiting for a week for the product transferred from another city to Auckland, then it turns out the camera was sold by another staff to someone else. the staff asked me to go to the competitors, very weird shopping experience…will never visited the shop again…
