My phone screen broke and when the guys at PS replaced it, it kept malfunctioning. I had to leave my phone at the store for 9 long days but the guys managed to figure out the problem and fixed it. It's been over two weeks and no additional problems so far. I appreciated not being charged any more for the extra labour sorting out the issue and thought the price to replace the screen was reasonable. Their communication was also good and they did offer me a 'loan phone' which I probably should have taken them up on but not realising how long the repair would take. Definitely recommend :-
My phone screen had a few bright lines appear across it that wouldn't go away so I got it replaced by these guys. $220 later they gave me a screen that stops working every hour or so requiring me to restart my phone to make it work again. On top of this, they gave me a screen protector but without even dropping it, the screen has formed several large cracks. It's about 10 times worse than it was before and they offer me only a discount.

Incredible. I’m so incredibly gutted I didn’t come to these guys first. As they were closed over the new year, I went to a place in town that did an absolute botched job TWICE. Bought it to phone surgeons who go out of their way, they’re helpful, fast, more affordable than places around town and the quality is 110% better. If I could give more stars, I would.
A good business to deal with. All items were installed and replaced as I requested and at a reasonable price. Far cheaper than sending to Apple. The phone looks new and is working very nicely. The wait time was reasonable - same day service.

Wouldn't go back, $1000 screen replacement and now the front camera has dust under it and is blurry. Have been back and they couldn't resolve. Go to an authorized repairer for your phone, lesson learnt.
Fantastic service. I had read some good reviews so thought we would give it a go. Shipping ticket was sent promptly, updates on the repair were great, an email at every stage to let us know what was happening and photos of the repair at completion before shipment. Phone was returned back to our door the next day. Glad we used them and would not hesitate to again.
