Had imagined it'll be a big place, but it's a really small one. Only passenger hatchback, SUV and small pickup trucks are allowed. Sundays are busy days, expect a wait time of 30 mins. Saturdays are fairly free. Staff is helpful, and few are funny too. Sunday is a stressfull day for them, don't do any silly things, they can shout at you. Metal and wood can be thrown for free.
The staff is very polite and helpful. The place is very organised.
Very kind people, tough job that they have. A lot of bad reviews are due to poor upfront research or customers who misbehave. Great service here, for free, with rules to follow. Respect the people working there and they will respect you.
Great experience. Super friendly staff and I admire their patience when people like me ask them stupid questions and they respond with a smile.

Feel like I need to leave a few more stars. The negative rating is not really fair. Ok, you can have long waiting times especially on the weekends but come any other day and its absolutely ok. A big plus for me are the opening hours until 8pm, making it easy to pass by even after work. Been there several times and staff was always helpful.
Italian living in Brussels. Dropped my stuff the first time, showed my national ID card, no problem. Came back after two weeks and I could not enter the site anymore. I asked why, because you don't have a Belgian ID card. Look, I was here two weeks ago and staff never mentioned this. "You have to demonstrate you live in Brussels" Ok, I have bills and rental contract scanned on my phone, I can prove it to you and btw, I don't drive around Belgium with a couch in my trunk. "No, we need the contract on paper". END OF TRANSMISSION. This as much discriminative and obtuse as I can think about a thing. If there are rules, happy to comply. But this is random decision, not to mention that I was not there asking for money, but to recycle. Be aware that if you are not Belgian, you may not be welcomed.
Can only come once a day per Licence plate. Very very bad website. Opening hours are different between Facebook, Google maps and their phone service.
Friendly & helpful staff but poor container park. Maybe 3-4 cars can unload at the same time. Very small which causes long waiting lines.
Always find that the people working here are pleasant, helpful, and above all patient, taking the time to help you properly separate your waste
