Me and my family had our oath taking today and was truly appalled by how the staff treated us. A memorable event turned into a big disappointment. That one particular staff member, don’t know her name but she has a short hair with fringe, rushed us through our oath taking event, and it was not even a busy day and she should also learn how to talk to clients properly with manners. I hope the management would look through their reviews and take action.
I would have given this a 0 star if there was any. We were asking nicely through email about certain things, then you guys had to reply and literally share it with others in that email. It did not just happen to us, everyone in that email also got their own emails exposed. And the audacity to ask all of us, "Whose email is this?", can't you read? Is this not part of your job? Don't you guys know the word privacy? So disappointed with the control and management of this embassy. You need to hire better staff I believe.
The staff are fine, but the process of payment requiring everyone to go and cash out from an ATM is weird. Why can they just have an eftpos instead of making people go and walk out just to get cash?
Home in a foreign land. Had a very smooth transaction here re renewal of passport. Make sure that you bring CASH they are not accepting eftpos right now. Please be respectful of the staffs. If possible make it early as they can process you before your appointment time.
Salamuch for the superb service!! Just done renewing my wife's and my 4 kid's passports today and despite of my wife having some errors filling up the papers, its still all flow smoothly. Thanks to the man on the front desk who help us sort out the papers, and to the lady who've done the encoding, you guys are awesome, understanding, and kind. God will reward your goodworks...God bless.
Stuff here are very rude and unprofessional, doesn't even have proper toolsprinter or photocopier to accommodate filipino's that are busy and have to travel from other area of NZ in case they have not print the documents. Also why is it has to be cash payment and not a legal and traceable transaction using Efpost, is it because even if we are in foreign country DFA still doing corruption?
Unprofessional attitude. Please be considerate enough with the queries of your countrymen as they are depending on you. They need proper answers, but most of your staff just answer sarcastically.
Booked passport renewal for 3 people went smoothly and completed within 30 minutes.
Done our renewal of PH passports. Friendly staff. And good services
People are rude, inconsiderate, and they should allow satellite branches to renew passports and process papers Trying to appointment is like a lottery And they need paywave, they are cheap Charlie or they don’t have the initiative to implement card payment! I could go on but I’ll save that for next time
