Poor customer service and communication skills, it's quite disappointing that a government agency has ego-tripping, power hungry people on the phone lines communicating with people. We would like help and support when we call, not to be spoken to by someone with a rude and obnoxious attitude.
Good phone service but web site says open 24/12/2018. So drove in to apply and pay for passport. On arrive Victoria Street would only take it via couriers and so drove to the other site near the railway station to be told they are not open. Update your web site please
Hayley is a literal angel. So appreciative of her sorting my passport and keeping me in the loop :
Revamped new space that suggests a well calibrated and welcoming department, filled with driven people. Easy access either directly from Pipitea Street, look out for Oviedo Café, or from Molesworth Street crossing the National Library’s square.
Registry office weddings are my specialty. Google: von photography Wellington wedding photographer and book me in.
Worst employer imaginable. I have never in my life worked anywhere where staff are treated so badly. Management are dishonest and vicious.
Really Good service and also was so fast to received mail that we sent it thanks
