The gym has all the essentials and is very minimal with its equipment the main short comings being its lacking a power rack and a full cohesive set of dumbbells. Instead it has parts of 3 different sets of dumbbells making it difficult to super set with each dumbbell type having different styles and affecting the way they handle. Over all a good gym though and for the price you pay it is well worth the $11 dollars a week fee. The gyms is good overall I can look past the mix of dumbbells and lack of power rack but I can not look past the awful shoulder press bench not sure if that's the proper name but pic 4 this bench is near unusable. It is insanely small with maybe a 5° it offers 0 upper back support making it basically useless for anything apart from military press and even then feels awful. Please get a new bench.
Great place to go to for community spirit for all ages. Keep fit classes, weights room and indoor sports complex plus climbing wall . Love the social and welcoming feel of this place.

Everyone here is just amazing! I have become a regular simply because of the extremely supportive ladies here! The crèche is amazing for the little ones, my daughter looks forward to Mini Movers every week! The facility is clean and very well equipped! My new favorite place to visit! Highly recommended!!

Super helpful, friendly. Great family place to hang out and work out. Great rock wall for both adults and kids
Great gym range and can use the basketball court if free heaps of other things
Plenty on offer here, exercise's for a few age groups, not sure if anything for elderly, good services.
Time for a new sport centre. LETS GO Otown..
For a small place Duntroon was awesome great river walks and creeks. Camping at the domain a plus. Will be back.
