Went to get a prescription late due to circumstances beyond my control, I understood and accepted beforehand that it might've been binned by now. But when I went and asked them for it, all they had to do is tell me I needed to have it re-prescribed, what I didn't expect is to be treated like some kind of pitiful invalid. She had to tell me in the most patronizing and loudest fashion that they didn't have my prescription anymore, to the point that people laughed at me.nnI fully accepted to be rejected, but not publicly humiliated and ridiculed in the process.nThis was the second time I got a prescription from here. I will not be visiting that place ever again.nnI don't understand why because I have been courteous and reasonable to them. It's absolutely sad and disheartening for a locally owned institution I wanted to support to be absolutely disappointing. What did I do to deserve this treatment?
