I visit here often, but I wanted to put in a review today as I received the most amazing customer service! The lady who helped me was fantastic I really wish I'd gotten her name!. A huge Thank you to Irene who is an oustanding worker . Always super helpful with me asking where something is or by her asking if i need help. Really makes shopping there a pleasure seeing Irene and the real difference in having an amazing, caring worker.
Love this store, although the shelves always seem to be stacked in such a mess! tester products are always broken, makeup half opened and used - i think the tester products need to be easily identified as i think people open up brand new products thinking they're the testers! I bought some makeup products, when i went to go use them it had already been opened and used !
Great place, busy and have everything you need. Sometimes I find it hard to get help and not enough people behind the counter and they always seems to be in a rush to get you out of there. Which isn't a bad thing but it's not helpfull when a person have a follow up question.
Great customer service even tho a large store.. good skills
