Chemist Warehouse The Valley lives up to the brand's reputation—it's absolutely massive, mirroring the scale of large stores across the country. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, but be aware: during peak hours, the store gets incredibly busy. With thousands of products covering the shelves, it can be a little challenging to track down a staff member for assistance in finding a specific item. However, the competitive prices and the great selection of exclusive Chemist Warehouse products make it a worthwhile trip. Overall, a good shopping experience!
I've shopping at Chemist so many times at last few months, there was this Island girl she always served me at the counter everytime I came in, I like her welcoming smile and the way she talked and treat customers in a way that satisfy a day. Beware of their returns policy, pretty much don't accept returns for anything once left the shop. I had the worst experience with a rude pharmacist lady that helped me. She was rude, abrupt and did not have patience to help. In fact I was reprimanded in front of all the other waiting customers around me for not providing my name which I wasnt asked for. Customer facing staff should be trained properly!
Visiting the chemist warehouse in the valley yesterday New Plymouth the girl in the fragrance section was rude and lacked any customer service skills. She treated us like she was annoyed that we were wanting to test a couple of fragrances. She was un welcoming and My friend has had the same experience with this person. She was petite, blonde with a pony tail on top of her head. She needs to work on her customer service skills, smile and be a bit more friendly as she just comes across bitchy and rude. Not impressed as a frequent chemist warehouse customer and it is my go to pharmacy for my family.
