At Petone Physio we have been helping people, businesses and sports clubs back to fitness and function since 1996.
We are a friendly multi-disciplined practice with premises in both Petone and Wainuiomata.
We treat work or sports injuries, offer sports plans and assessment and rehabilitation after surgery. Our Petone premises also offers massage and podiatry services.
Both premises have easy ground floor access and plenty of free parking close by - our Petone practice is also close to public transport.

I was first referred by a friend to see Jonny but he was fully booked on the date of my injury. So I saw Teresa for my rolled ankle. She’s very professional and into detail. She’s also very patient with me for the current injury and chronic discomfort caused by old injury. She’s easy to talk to and understanding. I recommend Teresa
Unprofessional staff and overprice.. My wife went to enquire yesterday about the appointmnt and one of the staff member told her $35 fees for check up and today they charged $75 for just checking the arm and found a minor defect… How someone can know the defect without taking any Xray…. just ripping off the money…. never recommend to anyone and no invoice and bill have been provided..
A great first session however when trying to rebook phones are never picked up or emails replied to. Am still waiting for a reply from an email a week ago. Great prices, unreliable communication
After months of lower back pain, for which my doctor just prescribed painkillers, I saw Jan here. He asked skilful questions and tested my pain levels and flexibility before coming up with a useful diagnosis. Then he gave me a series of simple exercises which in just a short time are having a better effect than all the pills. A top physio and a superb service. Thanks.
A positive outcome of lock down was that I was introduced to Jo's wonderful Pilates classes. Jo explains and demonstrates all the movements and exercises simply and clearly and maintains a sense of fun, caring and friendliness throughout. Thanks Jo.
