Come along and give our group fitness training a try..... It's affordable fitness training for all ages and abilities.

Membership options include:
Casual $80 for 10 sessions
4 weeks $89 for up to 16 sessions
12 weeks $225 for up to 48 sessions
24 weeks $414 for up to 96 sessions

We workout year round and have an indoor venue for those cold, wet winter months.
