Excellent service. Went well beyond what would normally be expected in regards to sorting out an issue with my Outback and provided excellent service at a reasonable price. As a first time customer Mark and his team exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended.
Really professional shop and great to deal with from the office through to Peter and Mark. I have had 2 complex repairs done with PeterMark and their communication before during and after was spot on... on time, on budget and a fair price from guys who really know their stuff. Highly recommended!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Petermark. I've had several different Audi's A4's to A8's over the last 8 years and wouldn't take them to anyone else. They've pre-purchase inspected all of my cars with good accuracy as to condition and likely issues. Both Peter and Mark have the computer reading equipment and first had knowledge/experience of these cars meaning repairs are conducted quickly and efficiently on your pocket. They always call with any issue outside the expected work to be done and have solid advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Work for a GPS tracking company. Person they do their wofs through drove car at 70+kph in a 50kph zone. Very irresponsible. Was then failed for a wof due to wiper blades. Told $17 for replacement blades. Had them ordered and fitted and they were $70 not $17. Apparently I had misheard them. Tested the new blades and they leave more streaks on my windscreen than the old ones. Feel like I've been duped. Will not be returning.
Known Mark and Peter for over 15 years, had them service every car i've owned, their knowledge and expertise are a given but their attention to detail and customer service is what makes them a great team and an amazing get it done workshop. Saved me many a time.
Mark went out of his way recently to help me when my car died. Towed it to his shop, did a post-mortem and garaged it til the wreckers picked it up. Total cost : $30 oil used checking the engine = LEGEND. Thanks Mark - much appreciated!
These guys have been around for years I've used them for the last 20 years so they know what they're doing. Always get excellent service.
