Had the team at fasttrack do a compliance for me on an Audi s4. Booked it in for 8.30am on a Thursday morning and was told I would be contacted in the afternoon about what needs to be done. I waited until the following Tuesday before I contacted them as I had heard nothing. Found out the car had failed on a few minor things that they said they could fix for me. One of them being removing the tints off the windows. They done this for me and I picked the car up after passing compliance. Once I picked up the car I tried to wind down the windows.... it seems the window tint was removed however they decided they couldn't be bothered to remove the residue that the tint film left and after sitting in the sun for a few hours the windows were all jammed shut. Not a single window would budge... Surely a car cant pass compliance with all the windows being jammed shut??? I had to buy some meths and thinners and a soft blade and remove all the residue myself before the windows would work again. I contacted Fasttrack after I spend a few hours fixing this and they had some excuse of not having any tint remover in the country.. Bit of a stretch to be honest. Would not recommend these guys, stay clear!
