I live in Auckland City but I prefer to use Pet Naturals for my puppy's food and treats. I have found that the staff always have time to answer my questions and give sound advice about nutrition. They won't sell you something that is not good for your pet. Online delivery service works really well.....otherwise great to head up for pick up order and take a walk along the beach and grab a bite to eat in one of Orewa's great cafes and bars.
This company is the best raw pet food dealers around. The food itself is awesome quality and my two cats love it!. Pet naturals also have the best customer service so far out of any company I've dealt with. I never usually leave reviews, but this company is so great I couldn't not. A+
Pets Natural store has been a blessing for my fussy eaters. On advice I started them on tripe and also Wallaby meat and they tuck in so fast! It's so easy to serve, just a few minutes in the microwave to defrost and into their dishes. Thank you to staff who are ready to suggest according to your information about your pets. Pat

We are very happy with the service from Pet Naturals! We order online and all our raw dog food is delivered to our front door. We have a subscription, so it keeps everything super easy. The variety of the raw food is excellent and our two Golden Retrievers are thriving on their diet. They are also super helpful and informative with any of our questions. We highly recommend them!
My previous dog loved visiting your shop. I brought my new puppy and he loves your food. The the shop owner is friendly too. It's so convenient that we can order online and pick up or get them delivered! Super speedy!

Staff are so friendly and kind, super knowledgeable and always willing to help. Pricing is great as is the product range. I recommend Pet Naturals to anyone who needs help with finding the best way to feed their cat or dog. They also have a great range of treats, lickimats and the west paw range, great to have a one stop shop for your pet.
Friendly and helpful staff, nice to both my dog and my kids which is a bonus. They have a good range of raw dog and cat foods, and helpful advice for supplements, dog washes etc.
