Went on the half day Mount Peel treck in December 2019. It was an amazing experience, the horses are great, our guide was lovely. Can totally recommend this!
Really amazing, they took young children who had never ridden before, and they loved it.
You have to try this. We go through the river ,forest , up hill and down hill. This is the most highlight of our south Island trip. A thank you from Auckland.

Bert & Pennie have the best horse riding facility, we completed the 1 hours river trek with my family. We drove from Queenstown and had real farm day experience. Our four teenagers still talk about this day as the best day of NZ. Bert is a great horse riding teacher. Thank you so much Bert & Pennie

A lovely afternoon trekking alongside the Rangitata River, through bush, and small creeks with stunning views. Our guide was a knowledgable, passionate horse enthusiast, who ensured both horses and riders had a great time!
