Always a go-to when I need parts or quick fixes for client builds. Staff are usually helpful and know their stock well, even if it’s busy. Great range of components and accessories — pricing is usually competitive too. Click & Collect is a lifesaver when I’m in a rush. Would be even better if the queue system at checkout was a bit faster during peak times, but overall very reliable.
I love this shop, but it was Jason's service today that's finally prompted me to write. Jason was extremely helpful on the phone this morning, re-assuring me that he would find a charger for my daughter's laptop, And, we were lucky enough to be served by Jason at the product desk when we went in - and he remembered my phone call! Sure enough, Jason came up trumps with the right charger for the right laptop. Cheers pal - very grateful!
Central place for shopping electronics, right in the heart of Christchurch. They have quite a big range of products, but the price is not the best. However, with promos or clearance items we can get some good bargain. I prefer to shop online first, then collect in store. Jus beware that parking at this branch is very limited, and sometimes we just need to wait for a while until some other customers leave to get a parking spot. Staff here are not the friendliest, and they tend to be busy at most times.
Very unhappy with service, firstly waited in line at checkout to be told I had to press a bell and wait again for a different operator to help with returning an item, secondly the item I wanted to return an unused phone case in its original packaging I had ordered the wrong size by mistake online, was declined a refund or exchange due to them not being able to resale the product yet it was still in its packaging??? Makes no sensennUpdate: went to pb tech in Hornby and they exchanged it with no issues so not sure what the st asaph store staff are doing definitely not good customer service
Despite there not being many shoppers there the sales assistants were unfriendly and seemed busy and uninterested in helping customers, except for the one employee who spent a lot of time gushing over two attractive young women. This place comes across as unprofessional and poorly run. This was my first time coming to a PB Tech and I probably won't return unless they have an item I can't get anywhere else. Two stars for the one nice guy who eventually helped me after I'd already spent a long time searching for what I was looking for.
