Would have given it 5/5 but emailed 2x to ask for my expensive shampoo and conditioner back at my expense that I had left in the shower box. Never got a response so I called and days later got called back to say they hadn't found them?? Lol. Note to all...check your unit well before you leave, as you may not get your items returned.
Excellent. We arrived 4 hours early thinking we could ask the hotel if we could leave our bags there until we could check in. But the hotel already had our room ready!

Rooms are clean, nice and quiet, great blackout curtains and heat pump ensure a great sleep. Friendly staff, great facilities including bar, spa and restaurant. Recommended the buffet breakfast.

I stayed here recently on a work trip. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the meals were delicious, but it really was the staff that made the whole experience so pleasurable. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay again! Thanks Pavilions!
