Paula Jooste from Ray White Beachlands, has natural flair in this industry.  It is obvious she enjoys her work, as she does a superb job and oozes market knowledge.  We were booked and ready to leave Auckland, with just the task of selling our biggest asset, our house.  I have no regrets in asking Paula to take on this task as she demonstrated calmness, patience and we got what we wanted when we wanted it by. I highly recommend Ray White Beachlands and Tracey as a Property Manager. Friendly, professional with exceptional communication, especially during the difficult covid years. We really appreciated all the reassuring emails during lockdowns.  Any maintenance issues were always fixed within a timely manner. We had the most spectacular house with breathtaking ocean views. Tracey and the team really went above and beyond and we'd 100% still be renting with them if we hadn't moved to America. Thank you team!!

Had been in a few rentals with various companies in Beachlands/Maraetai area and can hands down say Ray White Beachlands is the best. Awesome communication, friendly people and any time we had issues with the house it was sorted straight away. Can recommend!

Wow what a great agent Karen Leckner is. She always goes above and beyond to help and assist. Not because it was required, but because she cares about the wellbeing and interests of the renter as well as the rentee. Can't recommend her more highly.
