The lady was super nice and supportive made sure I was alright and had excellent customer service it was my first time getting a blood test since childhood and I am scared of needles so happy she made the experience a good one
We didn't have an appointment we needed a blood test. We called and asked if we had to make an appointment clear statement no. So we went there No waiting time was taken immediately few safety questions done. No pain I highly recommend.
Took my client into get a blood test.nFound the lady did not listen to my clients needs. Even when l tried to support my client she turned and gave me a dirty look.nThe client told her that she refused the blood text. Got up to leave.nNurse Kahu grabbed my clients arm. I asked her to let her go. Very madnservice turned around andnngave me a tidy look.
