Lovely girl at front desk as well as the other ladies. This is the only place I will come to get my bloods done. Has been quiet during the times I’ve gone in the morning and have been able to get in and out within 10 minutes!
I think this office is great! However, few months ago I had my blood test done and the needle was basically yanked out of my arm which scratched it. It's left a scar now.
Really long wait. I went on 02/12/2026. There was one employee and in room number one, he only took more than ten minutes to take blood and they were always talking, while the other room for sampling was empty but had no employees.
It’s a great little Pathlab; kind, hard working staff. Regrettably their patient queueing system leaves room for vast improvement. I was asked to put my forms in the tray on the customer side of the counter. Six other people also arrived after me and put their paperwork in the tray. Then the nurse picked up all the documents and totally reversed the entire order. I then went from being first in line, to 6th at the end of the entire line, finally being served half an hour later. Unbelievable!
Don’t waste your time with this Pathlab. They leave customers standing at the unattended counter indefinitely then when a nurse/receptionist finally comes out they’ll tell you they’re no longer taking patients time of entry was approx 4:35pm.nIf you can’t take patients after 4:30pm, at least put a sign out!
