Thank you to the gentlemen who took my blood tests today . I had my toddler with me and she crawled around the room touching things. He carried on with the blood test as well as keeping her safe with his other arm and proceeded to help pick up my stuff off the floor. Thank you so much for being patient with not only me but my baby as well.
Previously received great service but today my husband was turned away because you wouldn't accept the form on his phone as evidence previously accepted by other staff...as he has regular blood tests, When you have a chronic health condition and it takes hours to get ready and sorted, this is the last thing you need.nadded comment: the staff member he dealt with suggested he go into the city Pathlab. A way of moderating your workload?? Pathlab need to look into this.
Had a good experience here before until today. I was turned away even I came in 20min before closing just because there's 3 people in queue. The lady in the counter was quick to turn me away. I got upset and didnt argue as I dont want to be cause drama. But its very unprofessional to say that to a patient who got there on time within opening hours that they are close already or atleast coordinate that to the people you report to that you close earlier than what your website says. Its like they can just refuse to do their job.
The rude lady at the front desk sent us to town as she said they can’t do my bloods there? And she didn’t want to give me a mask as they were running low? We go to town the line is out the door. Have to go tomorrow now. I think she just didn’t want to get off her fat behind. Get your act together lady. Wasted my time. When you could’ve just done the same thing and there was absolutely no one else waiting!!!
After reading a couple of reviews about how long people had to wait to get their blood tests I made sure I rang before I went down in the afternoon on a week day. But, there was no queue at all then. I also had to go back first thing in the morning and I was straight in and out super fast. Lovely staff members who know how to laugh together as well as a very clean and tidy facility I'll be back for sure!
