Me and my partner early 30s did this walk this morning in the rain. It meanders through beautiful mossy forest, up a slow/gentle incline for the first 1/3 of the the track, and then down a gentle slope the rest of the way. We finished this walk in about an hour. It was a little muddy and puddly, but nothing unexpected given yhe recent rain.nnWould recommend for all kinds of fitness level. Just bring boots if the weather is wet.
Wonderful goblin forest. One half of the loop is up and the other half is down. Lovely amount of steps that anyone could tackle. Gorgeous birdlife around with a hearty amount of New Zealand kererū.
