Pretty good! Where they're supposed to be, WHEN they're supposed to be there!! Got no complaints here... had quite a few viewings nd only mistake made were on my Husband nd I behalf lol could be a bit more informative/forthcoming with information about the property. But other than that, pretty good!! Thnx P.B. for all ur help.... much appreciated
Jane Hamilton overpriced and underdelivered. I had to question her several times in regards to the price of our home being over priced which it turned out to be after 8 long weeks on the market. From the moment we signed the offer on our property we had not seen or heard from her after asking her to drop her commission due to believing she was not worth the commission rate she was charging as she told us she was negotiable at the start. Quite disappointed to then see she sent her PA to do the final settlement inspection with the vendors and she couldn’t even come along to say thank you or show any appreciation for our business. Out of the four homes we have sold, you are the only one not to come along and say thank you and show a token of appreciation. After putting a honest review on her Facebook page she then took all reviews off her page. Poor practise by the so called Sales Manager of Property Brokers CHB. We would not use her again.
Great service, lovely caring people and company. Lots of people through the house and the weather played its part too.

The rental manager I saw was such and arogent person and not at all friendly. I will never go back even tho now we are looking at buying a house.
They are really help full people. they do there job really good and also have realy good customer service
Nice personnel, willing to make the best of things!
They go out of their way to find you the home you want.
Agents were awesome and helpful
