Hostess was very friendly and welcoming. Food was reasonable taking about 15-20 min to come. We were a party of 3 men sharing the lamb ragyu and lasagna and were happy with both. We were hesitant to order the ragyu due to the lamb being hit or miss if it comes out dry but this place delivered. Overall, we were quite pleased with the food quality.
A great restaurant who are creative with their food. My taste buds went on an adventure. I had the fish of the day - Groper with vegetables.... amazing broth.... if only I could I would buy it in a bottle.nMy fiance had the Pork Belly, She raved about the flavor combinations of her dish also tried to steal my veggies.nWe will be visiting again
Very friendly and attentive without being overbearing.nFood is amazing. Had the WOAP burger that was an awesome Italian rendition of a burger and fries made from crispy pasta. No photo of my burger as it was so good it was gone before I thought of doing this post - so I've added the WOAP photo, but I reckon my burger looked better!nAlso had a recommended 0% Italian beer that was a good match.nWill definitely be back despite the distance!
We had a lovely experience at Passo Pizza Pasta Caffe. Our friends suggested that we meet them there and we enjoyed our lunch. Food, staff, and service were good. We will definitely come back!
We booked a table for 6:30 PM, but upon arrival, we were made to wait for half an hour. Our experience was a mixed bag. The entrees were enjoyable, and one of the main courses was average. However, the scotch fillet was a letdown. I specifically requested medium-rare, but when I cut into the meat, I was excited to see the pink-red color. Unfortunately, the first bite revealed a burnt, crunchy layer on top, which was masked by the garnishes.nnWhat was more disappointing was the manager's response. Despite the long wait for our table and food 45 minutes, the manager took the dish back to the kitchen, only to return with the same plate, insisting it was cooked medium-rare. When I asked for a replacement, my request was flatly denied. To make matters worse, the manager didn't even offer an apology.nnThe only redeeming aspect of our experience was the excellent service from our waitress and bartender, which is why I'm giving this review three stars. When I went to pay the bill, another team member kindly offered to remove the scotch fillet from the bill, but I declined and paid in full. I believe this gesture, although appreciated, didn't make up for the kitchen's mistakes and the manager's poor handling of the situation.nnOverall, our experience was marred by disappointing food and subpar service from management.
