Party King

Absolutely disgusting experience with this ‘company’ cancels and refunds an order 2 days out from my wee girls party without notification or explanation just because I queried why it was taking so long in comparison to other much larger party supply companies, met with rudeness and was hung up on by the shop staff after requesting to speak to a manger. If you’d like to see the thread of communication happy to provide so you can see the other reviews are fictitious. You can’t give anything less than 1 star but if I could I’d give negative. What an awful experience and I definitely do NOT recommend.

Been almost two weeks now since i placed my order. I sent an email 13 days ago and another yesterday yet still no reply? I called the store and was told the manager would give me a call in a couple minutes and still nothing! Was needing these supply’s for a cale order due next week and ordered with plenty of time to get here. So I thought anyway. Yet it has still not dispatched. WOULD NOT RECOMEND!

Party King is an amazing place where you can find party decoration for variety of different themes. Even when you think your theme is really unique, they might have bits and pieces to make your celebration very special!

They have a great variety of everything to decorate and run an awesome party or special occasion. They staff are very helpful and happy. Lovely place
