Amazing value and products for our daughters 16th birthday party. Took it to the next level. The lazers were amazing and the smoke machine made the place look like a night club. Didn't need to do anything other than attach them to the holders and turn them on... The only problem is now we will need them for every birthday party.

We hired a Karaoke machine late Thursday evening for the weekend, and considering it was late notice not only was there a machine available but I received the most amazing customer service from Gene. He made everything easy and simple from the transaction to picking up and dropping off the gear. I would definately be using you guys again. Service is great and very affordable compared to other companies in the Auckland region. I have used other companies that were overpriced and the song selection was limited. Thank you for your assistance Gene.
Tried to book a kareoke machine and everything was going great until he took my booking details. Not sure if it was after asking for my last name or my address South Auckland that made him change his tune. After the initial call, all of my calls and emails went unanswered. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. If you're after bad communication with a touch of profiling, by all means book here, you'll be highly satisfied *eye roll*
Arrived on time which is great, but sadly the speakers did not function. Fully charged, but the battery kept cutting out. We were very lucky the venue had a backup available for us that day.
Called Ryan and was understanding in last min effort to source gears. Came through with the goods and put in extra. Will definitely recommend and use again as I have my sons birthday coming up as well.
I am amazed for the service provided by Stephen. The support and assistance has been superb. He supplied a party package a very competitive price. A pleasure to do business with Party Direct.
