nice quiet place on the lake front for a peaceful break or family stay

Good location. For the price $5,000 Nzd for 7 nights it was a bit too dirty and beds were very uncomfortable. Also not great for young kids. No safety gates to stop kids from going straight to the lake.

Have  been there twice. Love it. Win lotto, buy this place for sure

Amazing place. Cant fault the location. Cleaning not so great. We left it cleaner then it was and still paid for a cleaner. Hot water only lasted 2 showers in the morning. But other than that great place to stay and would go back again :-

Great service by host. Fantastic communications and follow ups. Great view next to Lake Rotorua with private access to the lake.

Beautiful house and Glenda was really helpful. Would love to stay here again.

Lovely, clean, cosy, comfortable place to stay, and very kind hosts! Would go back again!
