All Seasons Holiday Park

Awesome holiday park with excellent amenities. Very cool dinosaur theme and heaps for the kids to do. A short walk to the lake. The pool and spa are heated and covered. Great spot for all to enjoy. Well appointed kitchens with basics included. They were never busy and the place was sold out when we were there. Cool chill room for the kids and an awesome playground. There was an Easter egg hunt and bouncy castle. All camp sites seemed to be powered. Helpful and accommodating staff. Only downfall was low pressure, tepid showers but others this place was excellent. Added bonus that the noise was capped of around 10pm most nights. We'll be back for sure

I stayed here for new years, and I can say, that the cabins were nice and cozy! Loved the carts! They were so cool! However it would be nice to use them for longer! The owners/ staff are so nice and accommodating! Would just be nice if the playground was a bit more safer for the kids and not so worn out!

Although we were only there for one night we really enjoyed our stay at all seasons and would highly recommend! The camp site was very clean and tidy, super quiet providing a relaxing environment and the staff we met were lovely and very welcoming. Hot tub looked amazing. Would stay again! :Rooms: 5/5

The plan was to stay for 4 nights but we end up staying for 7 nights. Got a discount too. It's not far from the centre but you're away from the smell The things we wanted to do are 15 min away by car. The cabin was perfect for our family. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kids had fun in the pool, jumping castle and the playground a bit dated but still safe. The only thing I would ask if the game room can be improved please.

We stayed here in our caravan and it was nice, tidy and quiet. Easy access to parking for powered sites. A few fenced sites which were great for dogs camping. The heated swimming pool was a bonus especially after days spent biking.Service: 5/5

Very well maintained park. I'm a motorhome user and found the parking spots a good size and really appreciated the concreted pad. The facilities that I used were lovely and clean. Nice staff too! And I was glad that my dog was welcomeLocation: 5/5

Our family of 5 spent a month in our caravan at the holiday park over Christmas and NY. Tracey, her hubby and the staff are all amazing, friendly and helpful. The park is clean and comfortable. There is so much for the kids to do including the pool, playroom, playground, bouncy castle and the buggy's. There was a New Years Eve karaoke night which was so much fun for everyone of all ages and was much appreciated as there wasn't any other public celebration happening in Rotorua. Our kids were so sad to leave. Even though we now live in Rotorua I think we will book in for Xmas and New Year again if we don't go away because we enjoyed it there so much. Will be our go to accommodation! Lovely friendly staff easy booking process super quick check in and check out . We stayed in the new family units and it was exactly what we needed and worked well for our family of 5 really enjoyed the facilities and all the cool dinosaurs around the park : the pool and spa were nicely heated and covered while it poured down with rain so was awesome being able to really make the most out of having a pool/spa onsite . Everything was fairly close in terms of travelling around Rotorua but also nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the township too so you get the best of both worlds . The room was well equipped with everything , Would highly recommend .

Had the family cabin for 3 nights. It was clean, nice with AC unit. However, some kind of smell lingered around all the time. All three days we stayed there it rained non-stop and the facility is pet-friendly I think so I assume the smell was from the pets that stayed there previously. The bunk beds also had the smell so it was a bit disappointing. Nice playground kids never got to enjoy sadly but the pool area saved the kids from going crazy so it was okay overall, but the experience could have been much better with sunny weather.

Quiet holiday park. Access to the lake. Swimming pool and spa pool available. Has essentials in shop with a small amount of clothing & shoes available. Great customer service. Nice place to stay Rooms: Studio units with TV, clock, comfy beds, kitchenette & adequate bathroom facilities
