The place is clean and tidy. A typical franchise-type Malaysian restaurant so do not expect dishes prepared and cooked to your "local" tastes. With that in mind, the food are considered good with generous portion. Also dont be too harsh on the staffing quality as everywhere is now short-staffed.

Love the ordering system in here, simple and effective. The food is great, the service and delivery speed is optimum too. Good portion size and the spring rolls were crispy as ! Only weird thing I found was the takeaway containers were a separate cost of 50c each. I thought they would be some special containers but no the normal plastic ones.

Prices are on the high side but you'll get huge portion in return. Some of their dishes here tastes better than the Sylvia Park branch. This time we ordered Laksa & Nasi Lemak. They are both good!

Had the fried fish fillet laksa, roti with curry and the red bean sago pudding. The laksa was very yum, the fried fish was crispy and the laksa was creamy, much better than the Sylvia Park branch for this dish. The roti and curry was just ok, I probably wont get that again. The sago red bean dessert was yum, little bit more sweet I would like but still very good.

Very nice experience at dinnertime. Mostly all Malaysian flavored cuisine.

Ordered beef rendang and the dry noodles. Service was quick, serving size was decent and food was yum! My mum and I were able to split the dry noodles and were somehow filled. Extra bowls/ plates are self service at back of the place.

It was ok. There are better Malaysian restaurant in the area which I would recommend over paparich. The food tasted good but I feel like the biggest letdowns were the drinks coming in takeaway cups instead of the glass mugs your use to or displayed in the menu. Vegetarian options: The vegetarian curry with ocra and beans lacked flavour. Would avoid that but other menu items have been good in the past

Malaysian Restaurant in Botany Town Centre. Not as big as the Sylvia Park or City stores. Can get busy at times and sometimes there's a bit if a wait for the food. Food quality is generally good and portion size is large. They are happy to explain their ordering system for first timers

Poor customer serviceVery poor! The Asian girl with long pony tail wearing black shirt probs the manager bad service from her only and especiallywrote clearly on the ordering paper drinks take away didn't do so. it is my fault i ordered the wrong dish so we asked for it to be take away her attitude was very poor said can give us take away container and said it's fifty cent each then told us one isn't enough making it seem like we can't afford it. What if i asked for it to be take away in first place how would it be packed. Saw this elderly guy sitting next to us want to order she insist that he orders on that piece of paper and i saw her rolled her eyes at him. After we finished our meals stood up went to the counter to sort out the bill I'm sure she saw me walking to the counter she turned around and started talking to the staff in the kitchen not about any orders she was saying you two should have a competition I'll be the judge in Chinese i stood there long enough to over hear that conversation. So So rude

Very yummy food Nice and respectful staff Lovely and cozy atmosphere Reasonable prices Highly recommended The only thing I wasn’t happy with was that food arrived 10 minutes later than my husband’s that’s why I forgot to take photo of my own food; I was starving . But we will definitely go back there and try other yummy dishes in the menu, but will ask them to serve our both dishes at the same time Photos: Laksa, and ice cream
