Paper Plus St Heliers

Got the book for my son. Good place to hang out and spend time to enjoy all the books and magazines.

Place is nice and not far from my work. However the 4 star review is for the fact that I was getting charged $35+ to send a card to my gran in Scotland for Christmas last week the card had a little decoration thing inside it. Please everyone if you’re going to send cards please be careful with what ones you send.

So helpful and friendly on the phone and then face-to-face. This business is suddenly getting a well-deserved great reputation. Keep it up team, you're just what our little village needs.

The Post Office here is superb. Sending an overseas parcle has become quite difficult with all the paperwork but the team here were extremely helpful and even filled out a form for a complicated send for me. Thanks Peter and Neil for going the extra mile.

I go to Paper Plus St Heliers often & the staff are wonderful & very helpful always. I recommend it to everyone. If you can't find the book you want, just ask, & they will get it in for you. Great place to browse. Enjoy! Trisha

Great variety of books, stationery and toys. Pleasantly lit, easy to find your literary preferences, which makes it enjoyable while you stay in this wonderful establishment. I assure you that the children of the house will enjoy it too.

Everyone here is always very friendly, professional, and helpful even to a hapless foreigner who can never get her forms right. The one thing I would change which may not be possible due to limited space is to add a counter or two more for customers to use to fill out their forms; we are otherwise resorted to creative measures, like using stacks of reamed paper or boxed office supplies as desks, and when it gets busy as it does during Christmas season it’s a little overwhelming.

Manager and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great location . Seemed to have everything you could need . Perfect place you can get get a gift . Had toys as well so not just good for adult gifts. Can pay bills. Make copies , Print and scan documents . And more

They sold us a book for a price dearer that the paper plus sticker attached. We did not realise this until we got home and saw from the docket we had been charged more than the docket. The next day we took the book with the paper sticker on plus the transaction docket back to St Heliers Paper Plus but the Manager refused to honour the Paper Place cost shown on the book .

Incredible range of books for the size of the store. Some of the team are super knowledgeable about all the best reads. Particularly surprised by the knowledge of some of the young ladies!
