Friendly staff who are always helpful. Good range of products in store as well - books, toys, stationary, gift cards etc. Thanks for supporting our rowing club fundraiser as well.

Be aware Very unrealiable Paper Plus branches and not recommending. I purchased two calendars online and been twice to the store. The first time it was mentioned ready to pickup and I turned up and their staff had issues locating my order even they sent kids to assist!? the 2nd time I received a call next day by a staff member that it had indeed arrived so drove again but when I opened it was someone elses order and not my order of 2 calendars!! I requested for replacement calendars but they advise out of stock and these calendars were to come from another branch?? Now I will not make a 3rd trip to collect since I live far away and thought this was the closest branch but was assured it will be posted instead once they locate where they are. I hope with this review they will learn and avoid these sort of mix up in future as indeed its an inconvienience will escalate further to head office about delay as am not feeling happy about all this :- I require compensation too
