Story

Here you will find the stories about the people we meet along a life journey from all around the world. This project is about you and me, it's about us– ordinary people with extraordinary stories, attitudes and true values.

These stories are filled with a pure inspiration and a motivational power to let you know that there are people out there who made their dreams come true. They are closer than you think. They are among us: lovers and heartbreakers, surfers and writers, travellers and entrepreneurs, non-profitable workers and big enterprises directors, miners and divers, financial consultants and life coaches, thrill-seekers and home lovers, close friends and attractive strangers. All they do to attract my attention is that they break stereotypes and keep on fighting with the most serious enemy in the world – yourself – to achieve their own goals.

The key idea of this project is to show that you could be the one who could unleash your beautiful potential and make YOUR DREAM come true.

We had THE BEST TIME EVER with Papaya Stories at a Slumber Party event with the Silent Disco Kids Adventures. It was my girls 5th bday and it was a fun way to end her day with dancing, music and games. The crew are friendly, welcoming, comfortable to be around, super with the kids and genuinely seem to love their jobs which made the whole thing a fantastic vibe all around. I wasn't sure what to expect as this was our first time doing something like this and I'm so glad we attended, looking forward to doing it again, 10/10 100% recommend!
There was something entirely poetic and immersive about Papaya Stories experience. This particular event brought nature and humans together in so many ways, enhancing our spatial awareness with sound and touch. Deep gratitude!
Yana and her team were absolutely amazing! Great communication, great organising, admin-handling - all of it! They did a beautiful personalised walk for our event with Storyo and Ellen Melville Centre and it was SO wholesome and heart-filling. So much good feedback and what a unique way to do an event here is an awesome pic that the photographer took as well!
Absolutely loveit! Papaya Stories created such a positive and energetic atmosphere. My child and I felt welcomed and spend fantastic time together, singing, dancing and fooling around. Thank you Yana and team!
These guys are soooo creative, it's just impressive! We go to different events of theirs and the last one - Secret party- we were quite surprised how much effort it took to organise it all, and make it so interesting and unique, it's like being surprised every minute what is going to happen next. Thank you so so much, we'd love to attend more of events like this one. You're wonderful
Silent disco. Myself and my daughter usually like to walk around the city, but often we drive too much by car and we don't have time to walk enough. During Silent disco there’s music in your ears, but you also go to interesting places in the city that we would never normally go to. My daughter was mesmerised by the experience. The music and its different sound can encourage wellness and mindfulness. It’s absolutely changed the way I see Auckland central now. I believe that the frequencies plus the move we are experiencing with this event have the ability to change individuals’ chemistry. This has been one of the most unique experiences of my life, I came a little skeptic and am leaving as a true believer. The power of music and movements can change the mind set, mood and the self awareness. Also, this walk is like an imaginery theatre because its is not just the music, it has an actor voice/stories and the whole crowd is on a mission to complete some story goal. They change the story theme often. We went to the one related to Matariki
It is a wonderful day for me and my service users. I am a registered social worker working in mental health support. This silent disco is quite new way for us everyone to experience the world and enjoy the present from a holistic way. We came for this event different purpose: to support people who experience mental health, to enjoy the music, , to walk, to move the body, to dance, to have fun, to know the city, to relax after a long day work - though it is part of my work on the day, :. No matter what the reasons are, we all get something out of it! We all love it! Thank you so much to the fantastic team to organize this! Will definitely see you again if there is any in the future!
Their events are so much fun! The team are super welcoming and inclusive. It's like hanging out with your friends. The creativity in their Silent Disco playlists is awesome! Would definitely recommend!
The best Silent Disco Hens Party ever! The concept of the Silent Disco Citywalk is ingenius and I can't recommend it enough for people who want to throw a party with a difference! I've never imagined having such a unique, thrilling hens party in my life, we had so much enjoyment walking and dancing around a small beachside town with a personalised audio programme! I had a brilliant time, so did my friends, the buzz created by the event and Yana was amazing! If you are in any doubt at all, then you need not worry. I would wholeheartedly recommend the company and the concept, and you can absolutely trust Yana to deliver splendid quality service and magic into your party, and your life. All my friends said it was one of the most fun things they had ever done. Thank you!
What a morning in the city of sails! Clear day, gloves ready and music headsets, belting out smooth tunes as we picked, cleared rubbish around silo viaduct pier harbour. Beautiful day with like minded people, making a difference to the planet no matter how small or large is indeed rewarding. Thank you Papaya and Brian CC!!
