More than a gym. Thanks to Jason and Carz for welcoming me into the gym with open arms, the lessons I've learnt here are more than just for self defense but also useful for my health. I recommend ETK and Jason Suttie's wim hof workshop for anyone and everyone.

Hands down No.1 kickboxing gym in New Zealand! When I first joined a few years ago, I joined for fitness training only..but the ETK experience makes you fall in love with the art of the sport and I shortly after a year joined the fighters team! ETK is more than a gym, it's a family! Highly recommend

Excellent gym with great trainers. Been part of the ETK family for a few years now and the experience has been fantastic. The trainers are all experienced and they care about ones journey, be it for fitness, confidence, mental wellbeing or personal growth, they are very supportive. So glad I found this gym. It truly is a friendly inspirational place !!The atmosphere is great. Everyone is so supportive and friendly. As the owner Jason Suttie and staff say it really is a big family, the encouragement and support are really amazing. I arrived very unfit and very over weight feeling lost and alone.Within a few months I have lost weight and grown in fitness and confidence like I wouldn`t have believed when I started. This place has felt like a warm embrace into an amazing supportive caring family. Thank you to all.

Been training here for a few years. A great place that promotes fitness, health and overall wellbeing. There are classes to suit all levels. The trainers will accommodate your fitness and skill levels and will push you to achieve your goals whether you’re aiming to lose weight, increase your fitness or jump in the ring or all 3

Nobody better place to learn a new skill, have fun, socialise and get an awesome workout and you will be in the company of NZ, International and World Champions.  Highly recommend to anyone who has always wanted to try boxing or kickboxing but have felt nervous or intimidated - you will feel comfortable and at home straight away everyone is so friendly!!

Good Intense training sessions I tried the Psycho Circuit. The Instructor was good & welcoming Session was Fun even though I lacked personal fitness as Bodybuilding/lifting weights is my main sport. Was also Nostalgic as I hadn't done Martial Arts since Childhood. Just need to implement a Warm Down forwards. Was pretty sweet!!
