Worst place we have stayed in this trip. "Bush Cottage" was cold, tired and unclean. We travelled with a couple and the bedroom opens into another bedroom which gave them no privacy. Bathroom/toilet was extremely tight, water pressure was non existent and worst of all the shower pan wouldn't drain. Also way over priced compared to other stays. The one bonus was the resident Weka.

This place is absolutely horrible..smells disgusting. Mould abundant. Hair in the sink..no water pressure. Cold with heating that does not work. Cobwebs all over outdoor furniture. No view as portrayed in advertising. Dark and dingy I wish I never set foot in this total dump!!Rooms: 1/5

Nice spot and perfectly fine accommodation. My only criticism is that it seemed like all the pump bottles of hand soap, shampoo, and body wash were watered down by 90%.... So bring your own and it definitely does the job
Great 2 Bedroom unit with deck and sea views. Very reasonable pricing. Fantastic service, even turned on the heat pump to warm up the room. Furntiture and decor very modern and clean. Bonus having Wekas tapping on the door to say hi.Rooms: 5/5
Adequate. Huge bathroom tiny shower. I personally thought the bed was awful, I would not have a bed like that is a spare room. We were traveling for 4 days and this was definitely not a comfortable nights sleep. Heating was inadequateRooms: 2/5
Although the caretaking staff were extremely helpful the room we stayed in was freezing cold, heating was not powerful enough there was mould throughout the bathroom and over the net curtains on the windows. The TV was not working apparently because of the previous wet weather. We were offered another room because of the not working TV but we’d moved all our gear into the room and simply asked for a discount which we didn’t receive. I would find accommodation elsewhere for sure.
It's a very pretty motel but has some serious shortcomings. The only heater in the room is a tiny, ineffective electric heater which does next to nothing to warm this high-ceilinged room. This isn't even winter. It's pretty nice out but the room is cold! The WiFi is pretty bad. If there's another guest or two using it, it grinds to a halt. Next, there appears to be no room cleaning service. The "please make up our room" sign did nothing. Lastly, there is a large window way up high in our room with no drapes and a frosted glass front door so wake up time is sunrise whether that suits you or not. Sunset this time of year is 9:45 so the room was also light late.
