Absolutely loved the heated inside pool - without a doubt my favorite experience. The water slide was fine but you truly have to hold onto the mat like your life depends on it! Fun for the whole family in my opinion. My only complaint was being unable to find a gender neutral change room. Other than that, I believe it's quite good as far as pools go
We had a great time for our #wintersoak.. It was not crowded, and it was so relaxing.. Love it and will surely come back..nYou need to install few towel hooks to hang wet towels and put nonslip mat at the small changing room the room where the shower curtain is, the floor has no mat. Really have to be careful as it is slippery.
The renovations are beautiful. It's really a lovely place with clean, well kept facilities. It's very quiet, and great for a relaxing warm soak in the healing natural waters. The only problem is that there is very very little shade over the pools. People huddle together under the umbrellas in the water. The cooler pool is completely uncovered. I got quite badly sunburnt unfortunately
