Pak’n’save was always a great supermarket, and is still! A great variety of options for everyone, but I have to say the prices are still going up, much like supermarkets around the world. It’s a sad sign of the times, that people’s are struggling to afford to buy groceries, but the average wage does not reflect that.

I do our weekly shop here every week. Using shop and go It's quick. Easy. Prices are reasonable. The beer selection has improved in recent months and they do have good deal on baby formula and puree pouches.

Lower prices here compared to other grocery stores but still more expensive with rising prices. A lot of my normal plain go-to brands are now missing from the shelves; no explanation at all; but replaced with more expensive options. WHY? And WHY is there a whole shelf section dedicated to reduced cream and onion soup? Are they expecting a chippy dip shortage so stocking up big time? It's weird.

I like it had fun and got everything done. I'm a happy customer. Thanks

Ungodly disappointing, we did click and collect and the amount of stuff that they got wrong is insanenot including swaps or out of stock, this was just genuinely done wrong, this has ended up being a massive waste of time and money. If I could give -10 stars, I would. Should have just used countdown, at least they deliver too

5.10 p.m. on a Friday night and no express lane open in the 25 minutes I was there. Could be addressed I feel.

Going downhill was a 4 star but gotten worse. Down to 2 stars for these reasons. Lack of range, what they do have, stock runs out a lot and pricing on veges and fruit is unacceptable.

Quick and easy to zip in for a short shop for essentials - despite the busy shop and carpark. Click and Collect for those larger shops is just as easy.

Level 4. Fast moving queue. Security guard was good at his job of checking people had their masks on. He also let elderly people in ahead of people in 5he queue, which was good. A lot of what I bought was cheaper than the other supermarket I go to.
