Outstanding service ! The best prices out there and a 6 Yr warranty on my TV and sound bar/sub woofer set up , Ben the manager served me and he even dropped the delivery fee , 3 days later my items arrived on time by helpful and polite delivery men , and I also got 18months interest free credit ! I highly recommend buying from the professionals !
Came for a specific sound system with cd radio to use with our new tv.. Although we spent twice my original budget, i was aware id need to spend a bit more than my previous £500 hifi to get something that would deliver.. We were served by Austin, who went above & beyond to help us design our set up, even setting up speakers in a separate room to give us a demonstration, staying beyond opening hours & helping to carry our purchases to the car.. I even received a phone call from Austin a few days later to make sure we had managed to set it all up correctly, with an offer to visit our home if we needed assistance.. This is customer service that you just dont get in the likes of currys/other electrical retailers.. Our new system is fantastic
I am so impressed with the customer service in Richer Sounds in Maidstone and this is so rare nowadays. They answered my call straight away, had all the information at their fingertips on a TV my Mum bought back in 2017 and best of all they had given us free 6 year warranty. They are courteous, very knowledgeable and nothing like the big Corporate Companies with staff who have, at best, a little knowledge. I would recommend them wholeheartedly - why buy anywhere else??

Always went here, my last visit was rubbish, most of the staff sat in back room, it was hard work getting demo's. Other staff moaning. In all won't be going back
Ben, Jay and the rest of their team are fantastic. We’ve been going to Richer Sounds for all our audio visual needs for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I have used Richer Sounds for all of my audio needs for many years both online and in-store. On this occasion I was updating my home cinema system but was unsure what would suit my needs. As always the friendly staff guided me through the many choices and I ended up getting a new Denon receiver, Dali E-12 f sub and Eltac Atmos speakers plus a mass of speaker cable. Now my system rivals Vue cinema, taking Call of Duty and films to a new level, luckily I'm in a detached property or else I may have some complaints! If you want this type of gear then this is the place to go.
Ten out of ten! Jay the sales person was super helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions no matter how dumb and did so in a way that was easy to understand. Then, he came up with a deal that was literally too good to pass up. Great service, great price. Highly recommended!!
