PAK'nSAVE Whanganui

Very clean store with large variety of brands and goods. Well marked aisles. Friendly cashiers. Good pricing. Easy access on rooftop parking.

Forever and always my main big haul grocery store. I love the selection of brands and variety of food and how there are sometimes good deals compared to Countdown/Woolworth or New World. I also like the scanners that are available at this particular store. It's convenient as I have kids and am less likely to stand in line, plus they have something fun to do while shopping. One star was removed just because the prices are still extremely high, and I doubt they will ever get lower. Not a dis on this paknsave, just a dis more on paknsave in general. It's cheaper out of all of them, but they could do better.

Big, spacious, very well stocked supermarket. A large parking space too.

Staff are awesome. Dont forget your fluffy slippers, pj's, or onesie so you fit in with locals.
