They removed a bottle of wine from my groceries as they did not have a price for it. At no stage did staff offer to get a different wine for me. I had to drive to another supermarket just to buy wine. Terrible service and system. Won’t be shopping here again.
We shop at PAK'nSAVE every week and always have a great experience. The store has a good range of products, great value, and everything we need for our weekly shopping.nnWhat really stood out this time was the excellent customer service. One of the staff members noticed that our bag of chips had a leak and let us know before we left, saving us from taking home a damaged product. It was such a thoughtful act that showed they genuinely care about their customers.nnSmall acts of kindness like that make a big difference. Great prices, great service, and a team that looks out for their customers. Highly recommended!
It's a very nice small town with good though hard work beautiful structures
After speaking with Grant today on parking issues all I can say is he is an absolute god send such a nice man to deal with and incredibly kind. Thank you so much Grant for your kindness shown to my aunty and whanau it will not be forgotten. Amazing outcome
A bit busy on a Friday afternoon but other times are fine. Good selection of veggies, meats, alcohol, cereal, cheese, snacks, etc. they do not have some items but their selection is reasonable. Parking lot is big and busy so stay alert.
