I do my groceries through Click and Collect online due to mobility issues and my husband picks up in the allocated time. Great range of products, easy website to negotiate for ordering. I do go into the store I find it too big under the circumstances though. The staff are lovely too
I don't normally shop here. Today I did. Was there to buy meat for a function coming up real soon. Got a couple of frozen rolled pork pieces. Well priced I think.nIf it was not on the other side of town from where I live, I would probably go more often
Was great until they put in the self-service booths a few weeks ago..now I check to see how many people are waiting at the checkouts and if it's busy I go to one of the other supermarkets..
Love to shop at Pack and save Whangarei except for today 13/5/2024 . I was waiting patiently by the meat department today while the lady was packing in the pork section. She kept bumping my trolley out of the way. Another customer was waiting also behind me and I turned to her and said sorry about the delay I'm just waiting for the staff member to finish loading the packs of meat. The staff member then said in a very loud voice WELL IF YOU DONT WANT TO WAIT JUST GO AROUND. I Then said I'm wanting to go to that area you are working. She then said again very loudly. Customers are always trying to just push in. I asked if she was OK as I felt her comments very rude and she needed to calm down a bit. This is the first time I have struck this but this staff member was very rude and not offering good service at all. Most dissapointed.
Bought Egg & Ham sandwich yesterday 28/05/24 evening, which had a use by date 29/05/24. My kid ate half of it this morning and found live and dead worms inside the sandwich.nWould never buy sandwiches again from the store.
