My 5 star rating goes to the Checkout staff, they are friendly and efficient. I will never use the self service. I work in retail and at the end of my day, the last thing I want to do is serve myself. The overall look of the shop needs a major clean up. The chicken in the meat department, should look like chicken, not something that looks like it's been run over 10 times. Mince I prefer more meat not more blood. The wild life that dart in and out of aisles, need to be addressed. You sell mouse traps and peanut butter. If Woolworths weren't so expensive I would go there. Much nicer store.
Staff are always lovely and happy to help. Store is always clean; fruit and veg are almost always fresh and ready to eat.

Pak’nSave Whangārei is our go-to for regular shopping. We love the great prices, especially the cheap snacks and the 30c coffee deals, which make every visit worthwhile. The store is well-stocked, easy to navigate, and always offers good value for money. A reliable place for affordable groceries and everyday essentials.
Regular Pak n Save. Always well stocked and clean. Be careful when getting their chicken nibbles. Got sick off some that seemed like they were from the previous day as I got them early in the morning but they were dry. The cheese toasties are excellent though
