This is my first time I have done my grocery shopping at PaknSave Thames.nnMy shopping experience was fantastic although reading quite a lot of bad reviews at Google.nnAs I had discovered one of the packets of Bluebird potato chips was broken after paying for all the grocery at the checkout counter, I went to the Customer Service Counter. A lady by the name of Adel was extremely helpful and friendly who asked me to get a new packet of potato chips.nnI highly recommend you to go there if you live in Thames, Coromandel or Whitianga.
Cheese and bacon loaf today was very disappointing. Not only did it only have toppings on half the loaf, the massive air holes in the loaf was an absolute joke. More than 20% of each slice was missing bread.
Staff are friendly and willing to search out missing items when required to help you complete your shopping, self service checkout staff also helpful and friendly makes shopping so much nicer
Typical of beautiful Thames. I live nasty Auckland but lived Thames a while ago. Awesome place. The staff at paknsave so friendly and helpful. Shop great layout. Glen innis paknsave best layout in Auckland. Big self service benches make self service easy. Guy stocking liqueur shelves very helpful and knowledgeable showing me the right wines to buy my lawyers .
