This is my first time I have done my grocery shopping at PaknSave Thames.nnMy shopping experience was fantastic although reading quite a lot of bad reviews at Google.nnAs I had discovered one of the packets of Bluebird potato chips was broken after paying for all the grocery at the checkout counter, I went to the Customer Service Counter. A lady by the name of Adel was extremely helpful and friendly who asked me to get a new packet of potato chips.nnI highly recommend you to go there if you live in Thames, Coromandel or Whitianga.

I was pleasantly surprised that this Pak n Save sold alcohol. Pak n Save stores located out West Auckland, e.g. on Lincoln Road, Alderman Drive Henderson and Westgate don't.nThe only hold-up or delay was at the checkout, where the cherries had no barcode to scan the price, and the chicken skewers' price wasn't scanning and had to be entered manually by Tatum, who served us and was in good spirits so made the wait and hold-up bearable. Thank you, Tatum. Keep up the great customer service
Considering this is the one supermarket to the gatewayto the Coromandel at the height of the holiday season, the options to get fresh bread or coleslaw/Salad/ Deli options there was pretty piss poor. Missing a huge opportunity to take advantage of the position
Over crowded, like all Pak'nSaves, but it's even tricky to get all the way to the checkout it's so jam-packed. Feels like being herded though livestock chutes.
