Great store! Probably one of the most 'tidy & clean' PaknSave/Supermarket stores I've been to personally within NZ. Price range & Product range not too bad. Overall decent store.
Love shopping here. It's tidy, well spaced out tidy, stocked shelves. Friendly staff. Worth the travel to Napier, if you live in Hastings.
Better specials particularly meat, just the right size shop, not too large, staff are obliging helpful. Parking is not tight getting in and out of your car. 5/5 ,
This is possibly the best supermarket I have visited. Plenty of check out options. Easy to get around. And food is always available. Staff are nice and friendly, always got a smile and a hello.

Shelves are fully stacked, clean and Tidy. Reasonably priced.trolleys are clean as well unlike hastings shop.
Pak'nSave is weird. It's set up like a big warehouse, but there is very little variety. There's certainly little variety in Tamatea. The only real reason we go there is because the prices are less expensive than the other two options, Countdown and New World. With the warehouse set up, I always expect to be able to buy in bulk, but I've never seen anything sold in bulk at any Pak'nSave. If you're not going to offer any variety in the food, at least offer it in bulk. It's cheap and cheerful though. The staff today were very friendly.
I truly believe Tamatea Pak n Save to be the cheapest supermarket in Hawkes Bay. It has such a great variety of food and such value for your money. Not only is the supermarket big so too is the car park.
A very modern and large store, pleasant staff and good prices. For a supermarket it has very wide isles and it was actually a pleasure to shop here.
Huge place but very clean and well presented. Staff are nice and helpful and great specials
