A lovely modern Pak n Save store. Nice to shop but very low stock on shelf across most categories ? Didn't look to be much stock above either. Maybe it was just the day I was there ?nPrices looked to be pretty similar to New World which was a bit strange as PNS is normally the cheapest retail banner to shop in.nOverall a nice place to shop as nice wide aisle and plenty of parking.
Just have to say what a lovely supervisor Julie is on the checkout..she found out my sister had past and makes a point of giving my 81 year old mum a hug every week we shop.. what a real treasure she is..has made a real impression on both my Mum and I..makes Mums day.. super lady
Wow Pak n Save, just bought some porterhouse steak from your Blenheim store. They must have had their finger on the scale when they weighed it. It was meant to be 448g, actually 420g including the weight of the plastic tray and the glad wrap 400g without the packaging. I resent paying $40+ per kg of plastic wrapping and packaging. That is the price for the product, not the packaging. And given the inaccuracy of your scales, I will be checking the weight of my purchases in future. If this happens again I will be taking the matter further.
Nice and clean. Plenty of products other than eggs. We often go to new world because of there egg situation. Prices hear are cheaper than other super markets but still to high I think and getting higher monthly. What's happening with the world
