Always can find a spot in parking, unfortunately not open till 10 pm. Sometimes can’t buy some products, for example often there is no water 1,5l bottles, and this supermarket is more limited on supply compared to other paknsave stores. But prices are still better than in Countdown, so it’s good option for Gisborne
Arrived in Gisborne from South Africa last week and absolutely enjoy shopping at your store. Your prices are affordable and your staff are very friendly. One can see it is run by a very good management team.
Easy shopping. Elderly in the district would love to be able to order and have goods delivered. Reason being your produce is better all round than the opposition who offer this service. Just a commercial hint.
Super busy, the carpark is a bit of a maze, the space is really cramped especially if it's busy, but it's still the cheapest prices in Gisborne for supplies. So I guess off season, we wouldn't have these issues. To the owner of pak n sav GISBORNE. The store layout needs an over turn, like the carpark, it's a bit of a maze in there.
They are still stuck in Covid-19 era, they close at 8pm and only one exit and entry which they had changed to during covid restrictions. At 5pm there are only a couple of billing counters working. They definitely need to look into it.
Busy shop, prices seem quite similar to countdown my usual stop car park very full. Assistant friendly. Milk right as you go in.. I missed it then had a real job finding it.. of course that could of been dopey me.
I have been a customer of Pak n Save since it has opened, and on Wednesday I dropped a item and spilled. Straight away the staff ensured that everything was alright, and asked me if I wanted it replaced and was happy to go out of his way to get it...5 from me.

Today awesome not over crowded, just shocked at the rise of food cost.
I hate coming in here! It's so hard to navigate, it's constantly packed, and the queues are outrageous due to the layout of the place. It makes the queue space so small near the counters
