Just had an ultrasound and an x-ray today and I need to say how amazing the whole procedure was. As soon as I entered the door I was met with smiling, happy reception. Ultrasound person was just the same with smiles and also kind, gentle and very efficient. X-ray person again was happy and efficient, but I never felt rushed. Highly recommend. I walked out feeling good.
Amazing team and great environment considering news that can be delivered here. Every one of the team are superb and ideally suited for speaking to people, and understanding their circumstances. Just the smallest of touches from the team go a long way. If only the rest of the NZ health service was like this it would be the envy of the world.
Absolutely lovely staff and Dr Josie Parker. I've never enjoyed going to a health appt more than I do going to pacific radiology haha.
after having a really bad experience for a pregnancy ultrasound in another place. It is an amazing experience having my last two appointments in here. friendly staff and front office. easy booking. I never couldn’t wait for my appointment so excited. the sonographer tell me and my husband what she is doing. how is the baby. not only come in and snap2 and see u. it was the opposite from the previous place I went. amazing
Just want to the the girls at pacific radiology thay fit me in were the happiest girls I have delt with my scan and X-ray were done without a problem thanks girl I’m gonna tell everyone about u
