Iam rating it 1 star because I couldn’t find a way to rate it any less than that. Just come back from hospital after been refused a prescription over the phone. My last doctors appointment was about 3, 4 weeks ago and I forgot to ask a prescription for an inhaler which I only use this time of the year due to seasonal allergies.nYesterday I was not breathing as easy and I rang them asking for a prescription, today I was felling worse, my chest was compressed and i was really out of breath all day. In the evening I tried ringing them again just to find out that the prescription was not sent to me as my last appointment related to this subject was 2 years ago, and I can understand that, but I tried to explain to the receptionist that I wasn’t breathing well and needed an inhaler for today but she just kept saying that I needed to book an appointment and I would, I did not mind at all paying for the appointment that was not the problem !! but at that moment I wanted to fell better and breathe normaI.nI had to drive 36 kms to get to the hospital.nI see how everything is about money this days but if a health care provider puts $$ before the care they supposed to be giving you isn’t trustworthy. I fell much better now, the hospital staff was lovely and were equally disappointed with your management. You don’t make anyone who isn’t breathing properly wait. Iam not a health professional but I know that.nWon’t be seeing you again.
Very lucky that this is my medical centre. Really good doctors and nurses along with great reception staff.
Absolutely Brilliant to deal with! Right from the moment you walk in the door you will find a warm friendly atmosphere. The reception staff are helpful, friendly and accomodating. I've only recently moved to this practice but have seen two of their GP's in as many days. Both the GP's i've seen have greeted me in a friendly, caring manner and have been very professional and knowledgeable. They both solved my immediate issue during that visit without dragging it out into multiple visits. I Would highly recommend this Medical Centre!
Very poor communication! disappointed in the service my partner has received, waiting over a month for them to sort out his acc properly.nStill havnt done what was needed.nLong time to go without any income.
The doctors are amazing, listen to everything you have to say just in case it’s relevant. Best doctor practice I have ever been too
