Excellent cheeses! Nice being able to have a taste of 5 different types before purchasing. Very friendly & knowledgeable hostess. Recommended .

yummy cheese with a great selection. you can also ask for a free tiny block of ice together with your purchase so it sits chilling in the wee black paper bag on your drive back home or when going to blue springs. don't forget to bring your cracker.

I posted an earlier review I need to revise, which was 5 stars for the cheese; minus 4 for customer service. I'm a long-standing fan, and simply love their cheese. I had an incident where I stopped there after a tough drive from Auckland in crazy weather, arriving 4 minutes after closing time. The door was locked and I was ignored by two staff members while I standing there in the pouring rain. After this feedback, the owner contacted me, apologised and said they’d review training. And sent me some cheese as a make-good. Still not an experience I can totally forget, but the effort and excellent communication after went a long way. As did the cheese. Faith restored!

Having tried their cheese at the Hamilton Farmer's Market and being impressed by the quality and service of the lady attending the stand, we ventured our and visited the Factory and Deli one weekend. They were under level 2 lockdown restrictions so not all the offerings were available which is understandable, but don't let that stop you. It was an overwhelmingly positive experience from the friendly and helpful staff, the range of condiments and other non cheese products were quite extensive, but the cheese room.My goodness, the cheese room. Even without the tasting offer, you can't pick a bad cheese here. Can't wait to go back for more, and one of the highlights of my time in NZ. Thanks, Over The Moon!

This place is a 'must visit'! We enjoyed tasting some lovely cheeses & learning about how they are made. The great coffee an added bonus!

We stopped in for a visit and cheese snack while driving around the countryside and were absolutely stunned by how delicious and unique the cheese is! And the staff was quite friendly and happy to educate about their process, milk sources, and cheeses. Recommended stop!

I worked with Debbie and Joel to get cheeses and condiments for a grazing table, they offered great advice and the cheese amount was just right.

If you love cheese then this place is a must visit. A cold room with samples to try and enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff to help you choose. The classic Brie is amazing and we have enjoyed the more exotic Southern Cross hard cheese, Moon Crater and the best of the best Truffle Brie. They also run cheesemaking classes which we are keen to try sometime soon!

Great cheese and friendly staff. Was able to try a variety of cheese before making my purchases.the black truffle Brie and havarti sheep milk are simply amazing.

Such a neat little shop. And amazing service. You guys were so helpful in making the platter for my friends with the new born yesterday , which they absolutely loved. I’m actually gutted that I didn’t grab some stuff for myself , and appreciate the free cheese samples you gave. Good mahi team. Will definitely stop in again
